Patrick Swift, PhD, MBA, CSSBB, FACHE
Dr. Patrick Swift is a thought leader on advancing the human experience in healthcare operations and leadership. He brings 20+ years experience as a healthcare provider and executive leader at both the hospital and system level having served at RWJBarnabas Health, New York-Presbyterian, NYU Langone, and Select Specialty Hospital, where he most recently served as CEO. He is a results-oriented Senior Executive with a strong record of success in healthcare operations as a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt.
Dr. Swift earned a PhD from the University of Connecticut in Clinical Psychology, completed his postdoctoral fellowship from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and earned his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has served as a clinical assistant professor at NYU School of Medicine and published in the scientific literature and popular press. Dr. Swift is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
