The ACHENJ Board is pleased to invite you to participate in our newly developed 2020 Sponsorship Packages. Sponsors have long been an integral part of the success of ACHENJ. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to participate in our 2020-2021 schedule of events.
ACHENJ invites companies providing services and products to the healthcare community to become sponsors. The various levels of sponsorship provide for the calendar year sponsorship, as well as specific sponsorship for individual meetings, each with varying benefits.
Sponsorship provides visibility, both through the ACHENJ website and email communications as well as in person events for a full calendar year.
Sponsorships are for the year beginning June 1st, 2020 and ending May 31st, 2021.
DIAMOND HOSPITAL SPONSORSHIP ($6,500) – The Best Hospital and Health System Value & Visibility
- Ten complimentary passes to ACHENJs Annual Meeting ($1,500 value)
- Ten fully-paid, one-year New Member memberships to the ACHE ($1,500 value)***

- One full-page advertisement in ACHENJs Annual Meeting Program Book (need to evaluate if we’re still doing program books – they’re not cost effective).

Your organization, and the limited number of other Platinum Sponsors, are prominently featured on the ACHENJ homepage.

SINGLE EVENT SPONSORSHIP
ACHENJ provides visibility through Single Event Sponsorships
Single Event Sponsors receive:
- Listing and logo as Event Sponsor on program meeting homepage on ACHENJ website.
- Listing as Event Sponsor in printed program meeting handout on Sponsor Page
- Post meeting exposure on program attendees
- Verbal recognition as a Event Sponsor for individuals in attendance from your organization at all ACHENJ programs
The fees for Event Sponsorship are dependent on the selection on venue and refreshments
***To qualify for reimbursement, New Members must join the ACHE between September 1st, 2020 and January 31st, 2021.
